钛微合金化SF400冷弯结构钢生产实践

According to the process characteristic of equipment of 1710mm, and relative standard requests, the development of the low alloy and high strength steel SF400 was introduced on the composition design, process, microstructure and mechanical property. The result reveals that the steel of SF400 had good property.%依据通钢1 710mm生产线设备工艺特点,参照相关标准要求,从成分设计、生产工艺控制、金相组织和力学性能等方面讲述了低合金高强度结构钢SF400的开发.实际应用中,强度、韧性等综合力学性能满足用户要求.
