摘要

电磁搅拌是改善金属凝固组织，提高产品质量的有效手段，在连铸机上应用可显著改善铸坯质量。文章结合日照钢铁8＃连铸机生产实际，指出采用电磁搅拌装置的连铸机可改善铸坯结晶状态，减少内部缺陷，提高铸坯质量的明显效果。%Electromagnetic stirring is an effective method of improving metal solidification structure and quality of products.Its Application in continuous casting machine can improve the quality of slabs.Based on the practice of No.8 continuous casting machine in Rizhao Steel,this paper points out that the use of electromagnetic stirring device can improve the crystallization state of slabs,reduce their internal defects and improve the quality of slabs.
