燃气锅炉出力不足的原因分析及处理

Too low design margin of the blower was an important reason for insufficient output of the boiler, so fan design margin should be reasonably increased in design to reduce unnecessary modifying cost. Damage of burner impeller was one of the important causes of combustion condition deterioration, so enhancing equipment repair and maintenance and timely replacing damaged burners can improve combustion stability and combustion efficiency.%送风机设计余量偏小是造成锅炉出力不足的重要原因，设计过程中应该适当放宽风机的余量，以减少不必要的改造费用；燃气燃烧器旋流叶片损坏是造成燃烧工况恶化的重要原因之一，提高设备检修维护力度，及时安排检修和更换损坏的燃烧器，可以促进燃烧工况的稳定和燃烧效率的提高。
