全干式煤气除尘系统腐蚀分析及工艺优化改造

摘要

针对攀钢高炉全干式煤气净化系统波纹补偿器出现泄漏,TRT出口管道排水系统腐蚀的现象，分析研究腐蚀产生的原因。对现有的工艺系统进行优化改造，确保了系统安全运行，缓解了高炉煤气主管网腐蚀速度。%The causes of corrosion was analyzed and studied aiming at the leakage oc-curring in the corrugated compensator of the fully-dry gas purification system and corrosion in the drainage system of TRT export pipeline at Pangang blast furnaces. Existing process system was modified and optimized, to ensure safe operation of the system and reduce the corrosion rate of blast furnace gas pipeline.
