江阴兴澄特钢电厂锅炉环保提标技改和应用

摘要

简述了兴澄特钢一热电两台SG-240/9.8■MQT670型掺烧25%高炉煤气锅炉,通过技术改造,实现环保提标,使锅炉SO2排放浓度降低为50 mg/m3;NOx排放浓度降低为100 mg/m3;粉尘排放浓度降低为20 mg/m3.%The two SG-240/9.8■MQT670 boilers burning 25% blast furnace gas at the thermal power plant of Xingcheng Special Steel are briefly described. After technical transfor-mation for environmental purpose, the SO2 emission concentration of the boiler was reduced to 50 m3/h, NOX emission concentration reduced to 100 m3/h and dust emission concentration reduced to 20 m3/h, achieving environmental protection upgrading.
