电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高纯铅中砷铋铜锑锡锌铁

     

摘要

通过采用硫酸沉淀分离基体铅和选择合适的分析线及背景校正方法消除基体和共存元素干扰,实现了高纯铅中痕量杂质元素砷、铋、铜、锑、锡、锌、铁的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定.对仪器的各项测定参数进行优化并将所建立的测定方法应用于实际样品分析,结果表明:用本法测定高纯铅标准样品中砷、铋、铜、锑、锡、锌、铁,测定值与认定值相符,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于7%.%Through separating the matrix lead with sulfuric acid precipitation and selecting the suitable analytical lines as well as using background correction methods to eliminate the interferences of matrix and coexisting elements, the determination of trace impurity elements such as arsenic, bismuth, copper, antimony, tin, zinc and iron in high-purity lead was realized by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. All the parameters of instruments were optimized and the established method for determination was applied to the analysis of actual sample. The results showed that the determination values of arsenic, bismuth, copper, antimony, tin, zinc and iron in the standard samples of highpurity lead by this method were consistent with the certified values, and the relative standard deviations of determination results were equally less than 7%.
