钢丝绳钢芯结构与参数设计问题探讨

     

摘要

对国内外钢丝绳使用现状和生产标准进行研究和分析,得出:单层股并非钢芯结构唯一选项,2层股2次合绳结构与2层股1次合绳结构也可能是提高钢丝绳使用寿命合理的钢芯.提出:钢芯结构与参数设计应和主绳结构与参数设计联动;钢芯直径应稍大于外层股内切圆直径,其结构与参数设计应考虑使钢芯钢丝受到外层绳股挤压应力最小以及钢芯与钢芯股应能正常捻制等因素;钢芯中心股捻向应与钢芯捻向相反,其外层钢丝捻角宜稍大于钢芯外股在绳中捻角,且应将中心股捻距倍数控制在合理范围.%To research and analyze the present use situation and the production standard of wire rope domestic and abroad,it is concluded that:single layer is not the only option to steel core structure and layer 2 with 2 times rope closing structure and layer 2 with one time rope closing structure may also be a reasonable steel core for improving service life of wire rope.Put forward:steel core structure and parameters design and main rope structure and parameter design linkage;steel core diameter should be slightly larger than the outer strands of inscribed circle diameter,its structure and parameters design should consider to make the steel core wire minimum outer strand extrusion stress,and the steel core and steel core strand should be able to lay normally and soon;the laying direction of central strand of steel core should be contrary direction with steel core,its outer wire lay angle should be slightly greater than the lay angle of outside steel core strands in the rope,and the lay pitch multiples of center strand should be controlled in a reasonable range.
