白马铁矿及及坪采场达产创效方案研究及实践

         

摘要

In recent years,the preliminary design of Jijiping stope of Baima iron mine is not stable up the production and efficiency.Aming at the actual situation,it is necessary to seek for the technical proposals that can improve the capacity of open-pit mine rapidly and control the production cost effectively.Based on the occurrence characteristics of ore-bodies of the mine,the 3 D visual geological model is established by adopting 3 DMine software,the mining boundary is optimized by using LG method based on the 3D visual geological model.Under the controlling of the double indexes of stripping ratio and capacity,the capacity plan of normal mining of open-pit m stope based on existed design,the capacity plan of the inset mining boundary of open-pit stope to balance stripping ratio and the capacity plan of the mining of open-pit stope with multi-stage and zoning mining are conducted optimization selection.The results show that the capacity plan of the mining of open-pit stope with multistage and zoning mining can meet the requirements of mining capacity.The application results of the plan show that since 2012,the production capacity of Jijiping open-pit stope of Baima iron mine is increased significantly,and it is superior to the design production capacity,the costs of stripping and ore are lowered by 38%.The above study results further indicated that the multi-stage and zoning mining is help for improving the ore production capacity and balance the stripping ratio,it is also good to promote the mining production operation to reach the target of output and creating benefits,besides that,it can provide some reference for the similar mines.%针对白马铁矿及及坪采场近年来不能稳定达产达效的实际情况,寻求使采场快速达产、生产成本可控的技术方案.基于矿体的赋存特征,利用3Dmine软件建立三维可视地质模型,并在三维地质模型基础上利用L-G法优化开采境界.在剥采比与产能双层指标控制下,对采场按设计正常采矿的产能方案、采场境界内缩均衡剥采比的产能方案以及采场分期分区开采产能方案进行比选,得出了采场分期分区开采产能方案可满足要求.针对此方案进行了应用实践,实践表明自2012年起,白马铁矿在及及坪采场采剥能力大幅提高、超过设计能力,矿石及采剥成本大幅下降,降幅达38%.分期分区开采可增加矿石产能、均衡剥采比,能够促使矿山早日达产达效,为类似矿山提供了借鉴经验.
