聚乙二醇的检测及其在切割分子量表征中的应用

         

摘要

The molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of membrane is a very important and usually characterized by measuring the concentration of model solutes with different molecular weights (MWs) in permeate and retentate.Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) are wildely used as the model solutes in ultrafiltration and nanofiltration process,for the diverse MWs,narrow MW distribution and low price.Therefor,determing PEG concentration accuratly and quickly is meaningful.Several analytic methods were introduced,including spectrophotometry,total organic carbon analysis,liquid chromatography,radiometric analysis and so on.Meanwhile,these mothods were compared with each other for MWCO determination.%切割分子量是分离膜的一个重要参数,一般通过一系列不同分子量物质的过滤实验,对比原液和滤液的浓度得到.聚乙二醇(PEG)具有分子量规格齐全、分子量分布窄和价格便宜等优点,是超滤膜和纳滤膜切割分子量测定的常用基准物质.因此,快速、准确地测定PEG溶液浓度具有重要的意义.本文介绍了不同PEG浓度检测方法的原理,包括分光光度法、总有机碳分析法、液相色谱法和放射性分析法等,并结合切割分子量的表征进行了比较.
