关于大学内部利益相关者角色定位的思考——基于完善大学内部治理结构的视角

摘要

大学是一个利益相关者组织。大学内部利益相关者的角色定位影响着大学的内部治理结构。大学内部各利益相关者在大学内部治理结构中担当着不同的角色、地位、权利和职责。目前我国大学内部利益相关者存在着各方权责不清的问题，要完善大学内部治理结构，就必须通过修订《高等教育法》、制定高等学校章程、改革高等学校管理制度等措施，进一步明确大学内部各利益相关者的角色定位。%The university is a organization for the stakeholder. The role orientation of the stakeholders within the university affects the University＇s internal governance structure. The stakeholders in the university plays different roles, status, rights and responsibilities within the university governance structure. At present, there is the issue of unclear responsibilities existing in the stakeholders of China university, to improve the university＇s internalgovernance structure, it is necessary to amend the ＂Higher Education Act,＂ to develop the universities charter, to reform the higher education management system and other measures to further clarify stakeholders within the university＇s role.
