朝阳市农村地区老年心力衰竭患者生活质量调查

摘要

目的:了解朝阳市农村地区老年心力衰竭患者生活质量及影响因素,为改善老年心力衰竭患者生活质量提供依据.方法:采取分层整群随机抽样法,在朝阳市农村地区选取4所三甲医院的60岁以上的慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,发放一般资料调查表、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、健康状况调查量表(SF-36).结果:患者SF-36总体评分为(30±20)分,总评分及各维度评分均显著低于国内常模(均P＜0.05).老年心力衰竭患者生活质量受年龄、日常生活自理能力、照顾者身份与照顾者健康状况影响.结论:农村老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量低,应采取多种措施改善心力衰竭患者的生活质量.%Objective: To investigate the life quality and its influencing factors of elderly patients with Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) in rural areas of Chaoyang, so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of life in elderly CHFpatients. Methods: The CHF patients over 60-year-old treated in four tertiary hospitals in a rural area of Chaoyang City were selected through stratified cluster random sampling method, then the patients were assessed by the general status questionnaire, activity of daily living scale (ADL) and short form 36(SF-36). Results: The total SF-36 score of CHF patients was (30 ± 20), and the total score and the scores of each item in the SF-36 scale in the CHF patients were lower than those of the normal controls (P＜0.05). The age, daily living ability, main caregivers and caregivers' health status were the main influencing factors of life quality of elderly CHF patients. Conclusion: The life quality of elderly patients with CHF in rural areas is low. Various measures should be taken to improve the life quality of patients with CHF.
