The release of 《The Plan of Healthy China 2030》has established the idea of "promoting health as the center" and advocated "the people with all-round and whole-cycle health services". The term "rehabilitation" has been mentioned 27 times in the "Plan", emphasizing the shortage of rehabilitation talents and the intensification of the training of rehabilitation talents. Under the background of "healthy China" construction, it is necessary to strengthen the training of doctor-patient communication ability of medical students in higher vocational colleges to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, which plays a key role in the realization of healthy China. Taking rehabilitation therapy as example, doctor-patient communication is the core of the rehabilitation technical personnel for job accomplishment, and rehabilitation talents with good doctor-patient communication is an important part of health service industry development. For improving the doctor-patient communication ability of students majoring in rehabilitation technology, should be fully recognized the "rehabilitation characteristics" that the diversification of service content (treatment, prevention, guidance, education) and the diversity of service group (chronic illness, disability, the elderly, children, mental patients with mental illness), strengthen the importance and necessity education of doctor-patient communication, pay attention to the cultivation of rehabilitation humanistic quality, and take the "rehabilitation practice" as an effective way to improve the doctor-patient communication ability.%《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的发布,确立了"以促进健康为中心"的核心要义,倡导"为人民群众提供全方位全周期健康服务",着重强调了康复人才的紧缺,以及对康复人才培养力度的加大.医患沟通能力是康复治疗人员胜任岗位的核心素养,具有良好医患沟通能力的康复治疗人才是健康服务产业发展的重要一环.康复治疗技术专业学生医患沟通能力的提升,应充分认识"康复特性",即服务内容的多样化(治疗、预防、指导、宣教)及服务群体的多元化(慢性病、残疾、老年人、儿童、心理精神疾病患者),加强医患沟通重要性及必要性教育,注重"康复人文"素养的培养,将校内外"康复实践"作为提升医患沟通能力的有效途径.
