护士自我效能感、职业应激及生活满意度调查

     

摘要

目的:探讨护士自我效能感、工作压力、职称、学历等因素对自身生活满意度的影响.方法:采用问卷调查法,随机抽样,从护士生活满意度的现状和影响护士生活满意度的相关因素入手,对213位护士的一般自我效能感、压力、职业应激和生活满意度以及它们之间的关系进行分析.结果:护士的生活满意度较低,主要与自我效能感、工作压力、职称、学历有关.低年龄、低学历、低职称("三低")护士的一般自我效能感最低,压力最大,总体生活满意度最低.结论:护士的一般自我效能感水平较高,总体工作压力水平一般,而总体生活满意度水平较低.改善生活、工作条件,提高业务水平,工作技能,建立良好的社会支持系统,对提高护士尤其是"三低"护士的自我效能和生活满意度是非常必要的.%Objective: To investigate the efficacy of nurses, work stress, job title. qualifications and other factors on life satisfaction of their own.Methods: A questionnaire survey, random sampling, from the nurses status and life satisfaction affect life satisfaction of nurses to start the relevant factors, 213 nurses on the general self-efficacy, stress, occupational stress and life satisfaction, and they are the analysis of the relationship between.Results : The lower life satisfaction of nurses, the main and self-efficacy, job stress, job title, qualifications related.Low age, low education, low-grade nurses in general the lowest self-efficacy, the greatest pressure, the lowest overall life satisfaction.Conclusion:Nuses in general self-efficacy at a high leveL the overall level of job stress in general, and overall life satisfaction at a lower level.Improve living and working conditions, improve the professional level, work skills, establish a good social support system, especially nurses, to improve the low age, low education, low-grade nurses and life satisfaction of self-efficacy is necessary.
