我国非营利性与营利性医疗机构服务现状对比分析

摘要

利用《中国卫生统计年鉴》的相关数据,从资源配置、服务量、服务效率与质量3方面对比非营利性和营利性医疗机构的现状.虽然两者机构数量相当,但营利性医疗机构的规模较小,无论人力数、床位数、大型设备等都难与非营利性医疗机构抗衡；服务量约仅占非营利性医疗机构的3-4％,尚无法形成合理的竞争局面.同时,深入分析原因,提出改进对策.%Using the relevant data from "Chinese Health Statistics Yearbook", The status of non-profit and for-profit medical institutions were comparatively analyzed in 3 aspects which are the allocation of resources, service volume, service quality and efficiency. Although the numbers of non-profit and for-profit medical institutions are equal, the for-profit medical institutions are of small scale. It is hard to compare with non-profit medical institutions in staff, beds, medical equipment. And its volume of services accounts for only 3%-4% of non-profit medical institutions. As a result, it can't form a reasonable competitive situation. The causes of the problems were analyzed deeply, and countermeasures were proposed.
