目的:构建覆盖海南省各市、县的非常规突发事件后心理危机干预服务机构,制定灾后相关心理救援预案,协助政府完善灾后应急系统,并在实际工作中检验危机干预的效果.方法:按照国家有关标准培训心理咨询师,并以心理咨询师为核心,成立危机快速反应专家服务组,使用心理危机干预的专业方法,为受灾者提供一般社会救援不能解决的紧急心理救护和进一步的心理援助.结合心理评估的工具量表焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对干预效果进行评价.结果:较成功地建立了一个覆盖海南省各市、县的非常规突发事件后心理危机干预服务机构,并在2010海南特大水灾中发挥了重要作用,使灾区1296名受灾群众焦虑与抑郁的发生率分别由干预前的60.9％和29.6％下降到干预后的45.9％和22.8％.结论:心理危机干预网络在灾后重建中发挥了重要作用,但也存在诸多不足,如机构的软硬件建设比较薄弱、危机干预的经验还非常欠缺、危机干预的组织工作尚需完善等.%Objective: To construct a service agency of psychological crisis intervention after the unconventional emergencies covering each hainan's city and country, and formulate relevant psychological rescue plans after a disaster, assist the government improve disaster emergency system, and inspection crisis intervention the effect and the insufficiency in practical work. Method: According the national standard to train psychological consultant, and establish the expert service groups of crisis rapid-response with a counselor as the core, bring to victims of the emergency and further rescue by use of psychological intervention professional methods. Results: A service organization covering each hainan's pity and country is successfuly established ,that plays an important role in the 2010 hainan extra-large floods, after intervention the anxiety and depression rate of 1296 of disaster people is reduced from 60.9% and 29.6% to 45.9%and 22.8%. Conclusion: Psychological crisis intervention network in the post-disaster reconstruction has played an important role. But the system also has some shortcomings, such as institutions of the software and hardware construction was weak, crisis intervention experience is not very lacking, the crisis intervention organization of work still needs improvement, etc.
