基于社区高血压药品使用的基本药物目录评价

Objective: This article is to evaluate the applicability of Essential Drugs List by the equipping and use of hypertension drugs in the community health service centers. Methods: By comparing the essential drugs with the drugs of treatment guidelines for hypertension, Evaluate the applicability of Essential Drugs List in the treatment theory, Investigate community doctors the use of hypertension drugs, study the suitability of in primary treatment- Results: Essential drugs fulfilled the community demands in the treatment theory, Community doctors consider frequency, necessity and replace in the recommendation of essential drug, They agree with the current Essential Drugs List. Conclusions: Propose to enhance the pertinence of the additional list, Accept the opinions of in the recommendation of essential drug, link up Essential Drugs List with insurance drug list.%目的:从社区高血压药品的配备及使用来评价基本药物目录的基层适用性.方法:通过与高血压防治指南用药对比,评价基本药物在理论治疗上的适用程度；调查社区业务医师对高血压药品的使用情况,探测高血压药品在基层治疗中的受用程度.结果:基本药物在治疗理论的药物配备上是满足社区需求的,社区医生评价基本药物主要考虑药品的使用频率、必备性及可替代性,并认可现行的基本药物目录.结论:建议提高增补目录制定的针对性,强化基层医生遴选意见,深化基本药物目录与医保目录的有效衔接,进一步深化基本药物制度的实施效果.
