单病种临床路径分组管理模式探讨:以河南省卫Ⅺ项目县为例

以国内外单病种临床路径管理现状为研究背景,在借鉴ABC分类管理理念和大数定律的基础上,创新性地提出了单病种临床路径分组管理的新理念,即将每个病种分3套路径进行管理.通过引入政府购买服务的运行机制,有效解决单病种临床路径管理纳入率低和变异率大的问题,达到了提高医疗服务质量,降低不合理费用和提高患者满意度的改革目标.%A new philosophy for clinical pathway grouping management is put forward based on the ABC classification management philosophy and the law of large numbers, each disease is divided into 3 sets of clinical pathway to manage. Through the introduction of government purchase medical service mode, it can effectively solve the difficulties including low inclusion rate and high variation rate, the reform goals of improving the medical service quality, reducing the unreasonable cost and improving the satisfaction of patients are realized finally.
