Clinical path improvement item extraction system

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support effective extraction of improvement items of a clinical path by utilizing a result of analyzing the root cause of variance in detail in order to create and improve a clinical path achieving low occurrence frequency of variance, and high medical examination effects. PSOLUTION: The system for extracting clinical path improvement items is configured to construct individual event analytic results that are the cause of variance for each case of the occurrence of variance using electronic medical record database, and to calculate importance as a criterion for combining the constructed results based on the number of occurrence patients of the variance causes and the number of the variance causes for a certain patient, and to extract and display the improvement items of a clinical path by combining and integrating the constructed individual event analytic results for each variance by using the significance as an evaluation index.
