Sight is the ability to resolve distinctness of external things and an important sign of vision function, which can be evaluated with the eye chart or other assistant means. As a medical and social problem, refraction error has attracted concern and attention from international community. Refractive errors and low vision resulted from myopia has become one of the 5 kinds of eye diseases which are advocated to emphatically prevent and cure in the campaign of "Vision 2020,Possess the Power of Seeing" launched by WHO and other international nongovernmental organizations. The attack rate of myopia is world widely increasing .and the fast growth of the low vision of Chinese children has already caused widespread concern in medical,educational and other departments. The paper explored the influencing factors of children myopia so as to initiate practical measurements to reduce the prevalence of children's myopia and promote children's sight health.%视力是一个人对外部环境中的事物清晰度的分辨能力,是反应视觉功能好坏的一个重要标志,可以用视力表或其他辅助手段加以测定及描述.屈光不正作为一个全球性的医学和社会问题已经受到了国际社会的关注,由近视导致的屈光不正和低视力已经成为世界卫生组织和一些国际非政府组织联合发起的“视觉2020,享有看见的权力”行动中重点防治的5种眼病之一.全世界的近视眼患病率在逐渐增加.中国儿童视力低下率的快速增长已引起医疗、教育等部门的普遍关注和重视.应通过探讨影响儿童近视的危害因素,为预防儿童近视、保护儿童视力提供切实可行的方法和措施,以促进儿童视力健康.
