To evaluate the current construction and function status of the village health, 36 village doctors were investigated and 7 village doctors were in-depteh interview. From the perspective of the village doctors, the development strategies of the health service system were analyzed. Most of the village doctors provide basic medical and public health services for the villagers, while they are dissatisfied with the existence of their own. As the health facilities are simple and the village doctors' skills are relatively poor, all those will directly affect the function of village health. The appropriate village health personnel, technique and equipment should be used to provide the basic medical and public health services what the villagers need indeed.%通过对北京市某区县30个村落中的36名村医的问卷调查及对7名村医的个人深入访谈,了解处于农村卫生网底的村卫生室的建设现状、功能实现状况、村级卫生人员的构成及服务能力、村民的卫生服务需求满足状况,从村医的视角提出农村卫生发展的对策与建议.多数村医在努力为村民提供基本医疗和公共卫生服务的同时,对自身的生存状态不甚满意.由于村卫生室的设备设施比较简陋,以及村医本人的业务技能亟待提高,这些必然会直接影响到村卫生室功能的顺利实现.村卫生室应吸纳适宜人才,使用适宜技术、采用适宜设备,为村民提供适宜的基本医疗和公共卫生服务.
