哈尔滨市社区卫生服务人员工作动力分析

摘要

Objective:To screen motivation factors for community health service staff,analyze their motivation,put forward motivation measures and improve the enthusiasm of medical staff.Methods:We have conducted a questionnaire survey in 18 community health service centers in Harbin and analyzed the results by exploratory factor analysis and rank-sum test.Results:Motivation factors in community health service staff include 4 factors:economic power,career development power,responsibility power and social support power.The lowest score is the economic power and the highest is the social support power.Differences in responsibility power and social support power in different sex,age,educational background are significant.Conclusion:The economic power is short and responsibility power and social support power are higher in community health service staff.So we should carry out various motivation measures to improve their enthusiasm.%目的:筛选社区卫生服务人员的工作动力因素,分析其工作动力,提出激励措施,调动员工积极性.方法:在哈尔滨市选择18个社区卫生服务中心进行现场问卷调查,对结果进行探索性因子分析及秩和检验.结果:将社区卫生服务人员的工作动力归为4个因子:经济动力、职业发展动力、责任动力和社会支持动力,其中社区卫生服务人员工作的经济动力最低,社会支持动力最高；不同性别、年龄、学历和工作年限的员工的责任动力和社会支持动力的差别有显著意义.结论:目前社区卫生服务人员工作的经济动力不足,责任动力和社会支持动力较高,应采取多种激励措施提高其工作积极性.
