我国乡村医生继续医学教育现状和需求调查

摘要

Objective: To improve the quality of rural doctors,this paper based on the study about status and demand of the continued medi-cal education for rural doctors in 6 provinces and cities in China.Methods:Based on the survey of questionnaire and in-depth interviews on ru-ral doctors in 6 provinces and cities in China.Results:We found the continued medical education of rural doctors improve the quality of the rural doctors, but the problems such as the lack of diversity of training forms, separation of training and demand, lack of targeted training, etc.Con-clusion: We propose take the demand-oriented continued medical education and speed up the education and training of future rural doctors.%目的：本文通过对北京、浙江、山西、安徽、贵州和云南6个省市乡村医生的继续医学教育现状和需求进行分析，为提高乡村医生整体素质提出对策建议。方法：通过多阶段分层随机抽样，对相关人员进行问卷调查和个人深入访谈。结果：目前乡村医生继续医学教育虽然对提高乡村医生素质起到了一定的积极作用，但仍然面临着继续医学教育形式单一、培训与需求脱节、缺乏针对性等问题。结论：乡村医生继续医学教育要坚持以需求为导向，注重乡村医生整体素质的提高；同时要抓紧对乡村医生后续人才的培养。
