PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily collect test data or survey data determined as an object of collection from each medical institute. PSOLUTION: This medical survey program makes a computer function as a request receiving means for receiving a medicine survey request from the medicine survey requesting device, an acquisition item determination means for determining an information item that is an object of acquisition according to the kind of a medicine survey included in the received survey request and the request content, an acquisition destination determination means for determining one or two or more databases (may be possessed by the medicine information providing device) having the content of the information item determined as the object of acquisition as a content acquisition destination, an analysis and tabulation means for analyzing and/or tabulating the data acquired from the databases determined as the content acquisition destination according to the request content, and a result returning means for returning the analysis and/or tabulation result to the requester of the medicine survey.
