基于数据包络分析的西部地区72家三级中医医院运营效率分析

摘要

目的：对2012年西部地区三级中医医院的运营效率进行分析，为提高医院服务效率提供决策参考。方法：利用2012年西部地区72家中医医院的数据，选取4个投入和4个产出指标，应用DEA进行分析。结果：参评的72家医院中，2012年DEA总体有效医院为27家，对于非DEA有效的医院，假设达到DEA总体有效的情况，则能节省卫生投入，提高总体运营效率。结论：非DEA有效医院应提高管理水平，合理控制医院规模，提高服务效率，才能进一步提高西部地区三级中医医院的整体效益。%Objective:To analyze the operating efficiency of the tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in western region in 2012, to provide the decision reference to improve the efficiency of hospital services. Methods:Based on the data of 72 traditional Chinese medicine hospi⁃tals in western region in 2012, select 4 input and 4 output indexes, carries on DEA to analyze. Results:There are 27 DEA effective hospitals of all the 72 participated hospitals in 2012, for those non-DEA effective hospitals, assuming DEA overall effective, it can save hospital investment, and improve the overall operational efficiency. Conclusion:The non-DEA effective hospitals should improve management ability, control hospi⁃tal scale, and improve the service efficiency, in order to further improve the overall efficiency of the tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in western region.
