内蒙古新型农村合作医疗住院实际补偿效果研究

摘要

目的：通过研究内蒙古新型农村合作医疗住院实际补偿的效果，为切实减轻参合农牧民负担提供政策建议。方法：对2012年内蒙古东西部两个市系统抽样获得的2413份新农合住院报销单进行描述性分析。结果：乡镇级、县级和县外医疗机构的新农合实际住院补偿分别是69．61％、48．26％和33．81％。使用与未使用中蒙医药服务的参合农牧民的实际住院补偿分别为56．10％和47．58％。结论：高级别的医疗机构就诊可能导致实际住院补偿比较低。总体上，使用中蒙医药服务的参合患者可获得更高的实际住院补偿比。%Objective:To analyze the actual inpatient reimbursement ratio of New Rural Cooperative Medical System at Inner Mongolia Au-tonomous and provide advice and recommendations to improve the actual hospitalization subsidy ratio.Methods:Systematic sampling 2413 hospi-talize expense account in 2 cities, using descriptive analysis to describe and analysis the factors that influencing the inpatient reimbursement ratio. Results: The inpatient reimbursement ratio of township-level, outside the county and county level medical institutions were 69.61%、48.26%and 33.81%, respectively.When the NRCMS participants use the traditional medicine, the actual inpatient reimbursement ratio is 56.10%.If not, the ratio is 47.58%.Conclusion: NRCMS participants treat in much higher level hospital who get much lower actual inpatient reimburse-ment ratio.Generally, NRCMS participants use traditional medicine who get much higher actual inpatient reimbursement ratio.
