The invention relates to a garment with rapid opening by means of so-called slide closures, which can be manufactured in all sizes and from all fabrics suited to the use to which they are intended, as well as the height according to the requirement, in order to permit rapid undressing and to facilitate observation and treatment of the sick parts, without giving rise to movements which can cause sharp pains. The garment is composed of a central part 1 and of two auxiliary parts 2 forming the sleeves and assembled by seams or any other means 3 on the parts 4, whilst the slide closures consist of two half-bodies formed by the elements 5 and 6 in extension of one another and of half-bodies 7 in a single piece. This garment maybe opened completely by virtue of only two symmetrical closures (right and left) which are judiciously placed, permitting rapid closure with no discomfort for persons wearing this garment.
