PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the actual load by creating study data which is not affected by the situation in which measurement data in different season is selected as a date of similar weather, and performing independent component analysis using the study data.;SOLUTION: A method for creating study data includes: a step S51 of determining whether there is a date of similar rainy weather, and if Yes, proceeding to a step S52 to set the date of similar rainy weather as a date of similar weather and finish an extraction of the study data; a step S53 of determining whether there is a date of similar climate, and if Yes, proceeding to a step S54 to set the date of similar climate as the date of similar weather and finish the extraction of the study data; a step S55 of determining whether there is a date of same day type (weekday or holiday), and if Yes, proceeding to a step S56 to set the date of same day type as the date of similar weather and finish the extraction of the study data; and a step S57 of determining whether there is a date close to the date of same day type, and if Yes, proceeding to a step S58 to set the date close to the date of same day type and finish the extraction of the study data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
