PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an estimation device to accurately recognize an output of a distributed power supply for each section and an active power consumed by a load, and to enable the estimation device to control only a section switch in consideration of its state to perform recovery from an accident.SOLUTION: Input processing of input data is performed, and the input processed data is stored (S1). Next, an accident section determination unit determines an accident section (S2).
