上海市某医联预约服务平台应用效果分析

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect of the appointment register on patient's waiting time. Methods:According to whether patients/visitors set up an appointment from 2012 to 2013, 200627 visits were divided into two groups:appointment group and non-appointment group. Average visiting time was compared between both groups, and actual results were evaluated of the medical alliance reservation services platform. Results:The average visiting time was shorter in the appointment group than in the non-appointment one, and the difference was statistically dif⁃ferent (P<0. 01);compared with 2012, the proportion of visitors significantly increased in the appointment group in 2013, and the difference was statistically different (P<0. 01). Conclusion:Appointment register is one of the most effective means of reducing the visiting time for pa⁃tients.%目的：探讨预约挂号对病人候诊时间改变的影响。方法：将2012－2013年200627诊次根据就诊者是否预约分为预约组和非预约组，比较两组就诊人群的平均候诊时间，评价上海市某医联预约服务平台的实际效果。结果：预约组就诊者平均候诊时间显著低于非预约组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；2013年预约组就诊者的比例显著增高，与2012年相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论：预约挂号是减少患者候诊时间的有效手段之一。
