The management server device creates doctor information data of each of a plurality of hospitals and clinics to store the data in a doctor database, determines a disease name corresponding to disease name search data, obtains information on doctors whose main medical examination is the disease, sends a list of one or more marked hospital and clinic doctors to the user information terminal, transmits medical examination reservation application data, and sends medical examination reservation confirmation data to reserve the medical examination.
