认知行为疗法对武汉市某社区精神分裂症患者社会功能及暴力行为的影响

摘要

Objective: To discuss the effect of CBT on the social function and violent behavior of schizophrenic patients a community in Wu-han.Methods:40 cases of schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into the CBT group and the control group, two groups were given the conventional treatment, the CBT group was given the CBT intervention and the control group received no intervention.After the intervention, the two groups were compared with the social function, violent behavior and life quality.Results: After the intervention, scores of social functions such as daily life ability, social skills, dynamic and communication in the CBT group were higher than that in the control group, the violence be-havior score was lower than that in the control group, the incidence of violence was less than that in the control group.The difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).After the intervention, life quality of psychological factor, mental factor and social factor relationship in the CBT group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:CBT can improve the social function, violent behavior and life quality of the schizophrenic patients.%目的：探讨认知行为疗法（ CBT）对武汉市某社区精神分裂症患者社会功能及暴力行为的影响。方法：将40例精神分裂症患者随机分为CBT组和对照组，两组均给予常规治疗，CBT组给予CBT干预，对照组不进行干预。比较两组干预后的社会功能、暴力行为以及生活质量。结果：CBT组干预后在日常生活能力、社会技能、动性和交往等社会功能方面的得分高于对照组，暴力行为评分低于对照组，暴力行为发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。CBT组干预后心理因子、精神因子、社会关系因子等生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：CBT能够改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能、暴力行为和生活质量。
