杭州市滨江区高新企业技术人员职业压力影响因素研究

         

摘要

目的:以杭州市滨江区为例,探讨高新企业技术人员职业压力的影响因素。方法:采取方便抽样的方法选择该区的国企、民企和合资企业,采用付出-获得不平衡量表( ERI),对275位滨江高新区高新企业技术人员进行测查,并进行卡方检验和、t检验和方差检验和多因素Logistic回归等统计分析。结果:杭州市滨江区高新企业技术人员男、女付出-获得不平衡率分别为21.4%,18.7%,超负荷率分别为36.4%,26.7%。婚姻状况、单位性质、家庭支持、社会支持和工作的稳定性单因素分析后有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析主要影响因素是社会支持和工作稳定性。结论:杭州市滨江区高新企业技术人员存在部分付出-获得不平衡和超负荷情况,对其工作有负面影响。%Objective: To explore the influencing factors of technical personnel’ s occupational stress in Binjiang district, Hangzhou.Meth-ods: We chose 275 technical workers from one state-owned enterprise, one private enterprise and one joint venture in high-tech Development Zone of Binjiang district on the principle of convenience sampling method, and adopted the ERI scale combined with social demographic character-istics.The research were verified by the chi square test, t test and the variance test, and the multivariate analysis by Logistic regression and other statistical methods.Results: The male and female technical personnel’s effort-reward imbalance rates were 21.4%, 18.7%, and the overwork rates were 36.4%, 26.7% respectively.The influencing factors that carried statistical significance after univariate analysis were:marital status, company type, family support, social support and job stability.The main influencing factors of the Logistic regression analyses were: social sup-port and job stability.Conclusion:The technical personnel in the high-tech enterprises of Binjiang district had effort-reward imbalance and o-verwork situations, which might cause negative influence on their work.
