我国中小型民营医院发展的SWOT分析

摘要

本文采用SWOT分析法对我国中小型民营医院发展现状进行分析,认为我国中小型民营医院机制体制较为灵活,注重与公立医院形成错位竞争.但医院优质人才短缺,营销行为过分夸大,在医疗服务市场处于弱势地位.由于优惠政策等利好条件的支持,民营医院发展迅速,但由于大环境的影响,大部分中小型民营医院依然在夹缝中求生存.利用SWOT矩阵,即SO战略、ST战略、WO战略、WT战略,对结果分析做出反应,提出了较为合理的、适合中小型民营医院健康发展的战略.%SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized pri-vate hospitals in our countryin this article.The mechanism of small and medium-sized private hospitals in our country is more flexi-ble.They focuson the dislocation competition with public hospitals.However, owing to the shortage of high-quality talent, excessive marketing behavior, the small and medium-sized private hospitals in the medical service market are in a weak position .Because of the supportof good policy, the private hospitals havebeendeveloping rapidly.However, because of the domestic environment, many small and medium sized private hospitals are still surviving.We Use SWOT matrix, that is, SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, WT strategy, toanalyze the results and put forward a more reasonable and suitable strategieswhichcanbegood for the healthy develop-ment of small and medium-sized private hospitals.
