基于层次分析法的我国三甲医院网站评估指标体系研究

摘要

Objective: To establish the evaluation index system of the first class hospitals'' website.Method: We use the way of artificial investigation to look into the websites'' construction of 653 national hospitals, and use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate weight of the index system.Result: In terms of hospitals'' basic information such as hospital introduction and subject introduction, the combination weights gap is smaller.On the contrary, in terms of hospitals'' interaction function such as medical appointment registration and consultation function, the combination weights gap is larger.Conclusion: The survey results is as same as hospitals'' website construction.The construction of the hospitals'' website is balanced.%目的:建立三甲医院网站建设的评估指标体系.方法:通过人工调研方式对全国653家三甲医院的网站建设情况进行调查,并使用层次分析法计算指标体系的权重.结果:我国三甲医院在医院信息、学科介绍等基本信息方面的组合权重值差距较小,在医疗咨询、网上预约挂号等交互功能和病例调查、门急诊查询等检索功能方面的组合权重值具有一定的差距.结论:权重值与医院网站建设实际情况相契合,我国三甲医院网站建设较为均衡.
