目的:通过研究武汉市某高校卫生事业管理专业毕业生对医学课程在其职业发展中价值的认知情况,为高校本科医学课程设置提供参考依据.方法:从武汉市某高校卫生事业管理专业普通本科毕业5年及以上的毕业生中通过方便抽样获得130名调查对象,对本科医学课程在其职业发展中的必要性和重要性以及医学课程整合意向进行问卷调查.结果:调查对象工作单位主要集中在医疗机构,工作性质主要为行政管理.总体来看,医学课程必要性均值为3.35.在整合医学课程意向中,总样本的62.31％赞同对基础医学课程进行整合,且不同工作性质的调查对象对基础医学课程的整合意向没有统计学差异;而临床医学课程整合意向在不同工作性质的调查对象中存在差异.从医学单科课程重要性评分顺位来看,临床医学课程评分较高.结论:医学知识是卫生事业管理专业本科生职业发展必备的知识储备;基础医学知识要求不宜过深,并且有必要进行整合;临床医学课程有相对较强的应用价值,仍以学科教学为宜.%Objective:To study the cognition of the medicine curriculum to the professional development value of the graduates of health services management major from a university in Wuhan,so as to provide reference for undergraduate medical curriculum in colleges.Methods:We took 130 graduates of health management profession who has graduated 5 years with a method of convenience sampling from a university in Wuhan.Then we conducted questionnaire to survey the necessity and importance and intention of medicine curriculum for the career development.Results:Most of the graduates chose the work of administrative management in the hospitals.Overall,the mean value of necessity of medicine curriculum is 3.35.Whether to integrate the intention of medicine courses was discussed.62.31％ of the total sample agreed to integrate basic medicine courses,and the different characteristics of the subjects were not statistically significant differences in the integration of basic medicine courses,but there was statistical difference in the integration of clinical medicine courses.From the view of score ranking of medicine curriculum importance,clinical medical knowledge has relatively high scores.Conclusion:Medical knowledge is essential knowledge reserved for the career development of the undergraduates in health management.The basic medicine knowledge should be integrated necessarily due to the lower demand for health care management.The clinical medicine courses have relatively strong application value and the subject teaching is still appropriate.
