延安市中小学教师职业倦怠与工作投入的关系研究

     

摘要

目的 考察延安市中小学教师职业倦怠与工作投入的关系.方法:采用问卷法对670名中小学教师进行调查.结果:教师的工作投入受学校类型、性别、教龄、职称、学历以及是否在婚的影响;低情感衰竭教师的活力、奉献、专注和工作投入总分均显著高于中度和高度情感衰竭的教师,高成就感教师的活力、奉献、专注和工作投入总分均显著高于中度和低成就感的教师;情感衰竭和非人性化与工作投入负相关显著,个人成就感则与工作投入正相关显著;个人成就感和情感衰竭对工作投入有显著预测作用.结论:中小学教师存在不同程度的职业倦怠,需要学校和教育部门加强教师心理健康维护,降低其职业倦怠水平,促使其在教育工作中更多投入.%Objective:To investigate the relationship between job burnout and work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers in Yan'an City.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 670 teachers.Results:The degree of teachers' worke ngagement was affected by school type,gender,school age,tide and whether or not married in primary and middle school.The teachers with low emotional exhaustion had significantly higher vigor,dedication,concentration and total work engagement than those teachers with middle and high emotional exhaustion,and the teachers with high personal accomplishment had higher vigor,dedication,concentration and total work engagement than those teachers with middle and low personal accomplishment.Teachers' emotional exhaustion and depersonalization had positive correlation with work engagement,and personal accomplishment of teachers had negative correlation with work engagement.Personal accomplishment and emotional exhaustion had predictive effects on work engagement significantly.Conclusion:There are different levels of job burnout in primary and secondary school teachers,which need to strengthen the maintenance of teachers' mental health,reduce the level of job burnout,and promote the teacher's investment in education.
