基于PDCA循环的精细化管理在广州市某医院健康体检中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application and effect evaluation of meticulous management based on PDCA circulation.Methods:The physical examinees of a hospital wereselected as survey objects in January 2014-March (before the implementation of the meticulous management method) and January-March 2016 (after the implementation of the meticulous management method) in a hospital in Guangzhou City.The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results:The satisfaction of the physical examinees of the health examination was increased to 99.1％,the health awareness was increased to 90.2％.There was significant difference before and after meticulous management(P＜0.05).The rates of increase in the use of health examination equipment are body composition analyzer (42.72％),ultrasound bone densitometer (50.27％),atherosclerosis (45.55％),transcranial Doppler monitor TCD (68.09％) respectively.Conclusion:The physical examination process was improved.The physical examinees' satisfaction degree of physical examination was significantly improved.The health literacy was improved.The physical examination resources were effectively utilized.%目的:探讨基于PDCA循环的精细化管理应用情况和效果评估.方法:选取2014年1-3月(精细化管理方法实施前)和2016年1-3月(精细化管理方法实施后)广州市某医院的体检者为调查对象,采用SPSS 20.0软件对所得数据进行统计分析.结果:精细化管理后体检者对健康体检的满意度提高到99.1％,健康知晓率提高到90.2％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).健康体检设备的使用增加率分别是人体成份分析仪(42.72％)、超声骨密度仪(50.27％)、动脉硬化监测仪(45.55％)、经颅多普勒TCD(68.09％).结论:实施精细化管理后体检流程得到改进,体检者对健康体检的满意度明显提高,健康素养得以提升,体检资源得到有效利用.
