Objective:To investigate job satisfaction of minority medical staff in Xinjiangand to probe into its influence on turnover intention.Methods:Questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction and turnover intention with field survey among 1208 minority medical staff ina county of XinJiang.Multiple linear regression was used to explore the influence of job satisfaction to turnover intention.Results:In general,the staff was not so satisfied with their job.Those who were mostly dissatisfied included workflow (44.37%),inspire(26.08%) and communication (22.76%).The mostly satisfied ones were nature of the work (57.70%) and therelationship with colleagues (34.27%).The job satisfaction had significantly differences between gender,education level and training opportunities (all P<0.05).The main reasons of turnover intention were welfare,leadership,compensation,promotion,communication and nature of work(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The relevant departments should consider relevant factors and take measures which would improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention of medical staff.%目的:了解新疆少数民族医务人员工作满意度情况,探讨工作满意度对离职意愿的影响.方法:采用现场调查法,以自填问卷的方式对新疆某县1618名少数民族医务人员进行工作满意度和离职意愿的调查,采用多重线性回归分析少数民族医务人员工作满意度对离职意愿的影响.结果:少数民族医务人员工作满意度处于一般水平,其中对工作流程(44.37%)、激励(26.08%)、沟通(22.76%)最不满意,对工作性质(57.70%)和同事关系(34.27%)最为满意.性别、受教育程度、培训机会影响工作满意度水平(均P<0.05);离职意愿的主要影响因素是福利、领导、薪酬、晋升、沟通和工作性质(均P<0.05).结论:对职业发展的需求影响少数民族医务人员工作满意度和离职意愿,建议相关部门制定措施提升工作满意度水平、降低离职意愿.
