西安市某医学院基于校企联合的眼视光人才培养模式的构建与实践

摘要

A medical college established the talent cultivating model of optometry based on college-enterprise cooperation ai-ming at school teaching and application ability.The talent cultivating model can be practiced through pluralistic forms of college-en-terprise cooperation which includes freshmen education, optometry campus practice center, professional practice activities and fu-sion on daily activities.The professional skills, communication ability, ability to analyze problems, problem-solving skills and pro-fessional ethics of students can be improved ultimately .%西安市某医学院构建基于校企联合的眼视光人才培养模式，通过校企共同开展新生入学教育、校企共建校内仿真模拟实训中心、校企共同组织专业实践活动、校企日常教学活动融合4项措施对该模式进行实践，有助于深化校企联合，从而提高学生的专业操作技能、沟通交往能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力和职业道德水平。
