With the unceasing change of China's structure of the industry and structure of the employment, the single academic training mode of graduate students which is inherited from the older generation is increasingly unable to meet and satisfy the social need of different level expertise. As a new industry, the service outsourcing industry of Dalian needs a lot of high-grade talent as support, researching the project of training the high-grade complex software talent combining school with enterprise will play a crucial role. This paper thoroughly studies how to train the high-grade complex software talent, combining school with enterprise, on the graduate student level.
