According to collect and sort data of urban employee basic medical insurance from 2007 to 2011 in Guangxi,this paper analyzed the insured population,population structure,fund raising and use,the level of medical expenses,situation of benefit from insurance and other aspects.The results showed that employee's participation rate increased and the coverage expanded every year in Guangxi;the total income of medical insurance fund rose steadily;utilization rate of medicare fund improved;compensation of health care was increasing year by year.However,there were still some problems that need to be solved,such as the larger fund balance,heavier aging burden and much personal accounts accumulation and so on.Analyzing the reasons for the issues,it put forward the countermeasure including broadening financing channels,controlling increasing health care expenditure,strengthening external supervision and so on.%通过收集、整理2007年～2011年广西城镇职工基本医疗保险资料.从参保人数及人口结构、基金筹集及使用、医疗费用支出水平、医保受益情况等方面进行分析,结果显示广西城镇职工基本医疗保险覆盖面不断增大;基金总收入稳步增长;基金当年利用率提高;次均补偿费逐年上升.同时,发现存在基金结余过大,老龄化负担加重,个人账户积存较多等问题.通过分析这些问题产生的原因,提出通过拓宽融资渠道、控制医疗费用上涨、加强外部监管等方式加以改善.
