Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) realizes change and return as well as innovation and transformation of medical concept and technology in surgery.This paper revealed the basic concept and connotation of ERAS and its impact on hospital management.Under the guidance of four fundamental principles of medical ethics,it analyzed the external positive effects of ERAS and fully demonstrated the principle of autonomy to protect the benefits of patients,minimize harm and promote fairness and justice.From the perspective of medical humanities and medical ethics,this paper also stated that the application and development of ERAS should conform to the basic rules of materialistic epistemology,stick to social responsibility and professional ethics of medical professionals,abide by scientific principles and focus on medical humanistic care.%加速康复外科以一系列组合式技术革新,实现了外科治疗理念和技术的颠覆与回归、创新与转化.揭示了加速康复外科的基本概念、内涵及其对医院管理的影响和冲击;以医学伦理学四大基本原则为指导,解析了医学伦理学原则下加速康复外科的外部正效应:充分体现了自主原则、极大维护了患者利益、努力实现了最小伤害、有效促进了公平公正;从医学人文及伦理学的视角对加速康复外科的应用和发展进行了讨论,指出加速康复外科的应用与发展必须顺应唯物主义认识论基本规律、必须遵循科学性原则、必须关注医学人文关怀、必须恪守医者社会责任和职业道德.
