为了解企业职业卫生管理人员对企业开展职业卫生相关工作的认识状况，本文对我国西部地区某地级市39家国有大中型企业的管理人员进行了职业卫生管理的现状、执行相关法律法规情况、参加职业卫生有关活动的关键因素、各种职业卫生信息来源对企业管理人员获得职业卫生知识的重要性等四方面问题的问卷调查。调查结果显示，企业管理人员对职业卫生工作的重要性认识比较充分，多数管理人员认为目前的职业卫生法律法规已能够比较全面地保护劳动者的职业健康，国家法律法规的强制力仍然是促使企业进行职业卫生工作的首要因素，参加职业卫生知识培训班是企业管理人员获取职业卫生新知识、新技能的主要渠道。但也还存在对相关法律法规宣传不够、获取相关知识和和技能的途径不广、监督力度不够等问题。本文针对调查结果提出以下三个对策：一是持续加强职业卫生法律法规的宣传；二是增加企业管理人员获取职业卫生知识和技能的途径；三是进一步发挥工会组织在企业职业卫生工作中的监督作用。%To understand the administrative staff' occupational health awareness operated by enterprises,Questionnaire is conducted on the administrative staff in 39 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in a prefecture -level city in western China from the following aspects: the situation of occupational health management; implementation of relative laws and regulations; key reasons of participating in occupational health activities; the importance of various occupational health resources for enterprises administrative staff to acquire occupational health knowledge. The results nveal that enterprises administrative staff fully acknowledges the importance of occupational health work, the majority of which believe that current occupational laws and regulations are relatively and comprehensively sufficient in protecting workers' occupational health. Meanwhile, the coercive power of the state laws and regulations is still the primary factor to promote the enterprise participating in occupational health management, and attending in occupational health training courses remains the main way for enterprises administrative staff to acquire new knowledge and skills of occupational health. Accordingly, the author proposes the following three strategies:1. intensifying the promotion of occupational health laws and regulations; 2. broadening the ways for enterprises administrative staff to acquire occupational health knowledge and skills;3. further developing the supervisory role of labors' union in occupational health work.
