目的：观察角型钛夹用于下鼻甲部分切除术后止血，免鼻腔填塞后患者舒适度改善情况。方法观察178例下鼻甲部分切除术患者，114例（研究组）以角型钛夹夹持创面止血，免鼻腔填塞；64例（对照组）术后用凡士林油纱条或Merocel止血海绵填塞鼻腔止血。观察术后患者鼻出血及舒适度情况。结果研究组在术后出血量与对照组无差异外，舒适度优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论角型钛夹夹持下鼻甲部分切除术后创面免鼻腔填塞，可明显改善患者舒适度，换药简单，避免抽取鼻腔填塞物的痛苦，提高患者围手术期生活质量。%Objective To observe the Angle type titanium clamp used for inferior turbinate partial resection after hemostasis,free after nasal cavity filling improve patient comfort.Methods To observe 178 cases of the inferior turbinate resection patients,114 cases (group) to Angle titanium clamp clamping wound bleeding,free nasal stuffiness;64 cases (control group) with vaseline oil gauze or postoperative Merocel hemostatic sponge tamponade nasal bleeding.To observe the postoperative patients with nasal bleeding and comfort.Results The team with the control group no difference in postoperative blood loss,the comfort is better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Angle after wound from titanium clamp clamping part inferior turbinate resection nasal cavity filling,can significantly improve patient comfort,simple, avoid to extract the pain of the nasal cavity filling,perioperative period to improve the quality of life.
