严重创伤患者急诊急救的护理体会

摘要

目的：探讨严重创伤患者急诊急救的护理体会。方法随机选取2009年1月-2013年12月严重创伤患者抢救治疗护理的患者共计40例，对其救治过程及相关资料进行分析。结果在40例严重创伤患者中抢救成功脱险的共计36例，死亡4例，抢救成功率为90%，有效抢救平均时间为48min。结论严重创伤患者在急诊急救过程中应当进行及时、具有针对性的护理会对患者的救治有着良好的促进作用。%Objective To study the nursing for patients with severe trauma emergency first aid.Methods Randomly selected from January 2009-December 2013 patients with severe trauma rescue treatment nursing of patients with a total of 40 patients,the treatment process is analyzed and related information.Results In 40 patients with severe trauma rescue success out of a total of 36 cases,4 cases died,rescue success rate was 90%,the average effective rescue time for 48 minutes.Conclusions in patients with severe trauma emergency first aid shall conduct timely,targeted nursing in the process of treatment of the patients have a good role in promoting.
