Survivin、COX-2在涎腺肿瘤中的表达及研究进展

Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族新成员，高表达于多种肿瘤组织。COX-2是诱导型环氧合酶，近年来因其特殊的生物学特性有望成为肿瘤防治的新靶点。研究Survivin、COX-2与涎腺肿瘤的关系具有重要的理论和临床意义。%Survivin, possessing high expression in a wide variety of tumor tissues, is the new family member of inhibitor of appoptosis proteins. As an inducible Cyclooxygenase, COX-2 has become a new method of preventing and curing cancer for its biological properties in recent years. This research on the relationship between survivin, COX-2 and salivary gland tumors has significance in theory and clinical practice.
