NF-κB信号通路与胃癌的研究进展

摘要

胃癌是全球常见的一种癌症,具有较高的发病率和病死率,目前关于胃癌发病机制的研究很多,但其确切机制迄今仍不清楚.核转录因子κB (nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)广泛存在于细胞中,并与肿瘤细胞分化、增殖、凋亡、免疫应答等应激反应息息相关,而胃癌的发生发展、浸润转移、治疗预后都涉及NF-κB信号通路的紊乱.本文就近年来NF-κB信号通路在胃癌发病机制中的研究进展作一综述.%Gastric cancer is a common cancer,with high morbidity and mortality.Despite there are a lot of research on the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,but the exact mechanism is still unclear.Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) exists widely in cells which are significantly related to differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis,immune response and stress response.In addition to the NF-κB signaling pathway disorders in gastric cancer in the origin and development,invasion and metastasis,therapy and prevention are involved.We summarize recent progress in understanding the role of the NF-κB pathway in gastric cancer.
