椎间盘退变细胞组织工程研究进展

         

摘要

椎间盘退变是多因素引起的脊柱疾病,目前尚无有效的治疗方法.近年兴起的椎间盘细胞组织工程,内容涉及种子细胞、支架、生长因子及基因转染调控等,其中以细胞和支架为核心.细胞移植通过增加椎间盘细胞的数量使细胞外基质合成增加,支架则为细胞提供附着部位.同时,诱导细胞合成更多的细胞外基质,替代原有退变的椎间盘,相关研究尚处于初级阶段.%Disc degeneration is a disease of the spine caused by multiple factors, where there is no effective treatment so far. In recent years, the intervertebral disc tissue engineering is rising, covering the seed cells, scaffold, growth factors and gene regulation etc. , among which the cells and scaffold are the core. Cell transplantation can stimulate extracellular matrix synthesis by increasing the number of disc cells, scaffold can provide attachment site to the cells, and induce cells to synthesize more extracellular matrix to replace the o-riginal degenerate intervertebral disc however,the related research is still in its infancy.
