线栓法致大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型的制作及思考

     

摘要

目的 建立一种可靠、稳定的大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞脑缺血/再灌注模型(MCAO/R)的制备方法.方法 32只SD大鼠随机分为手术组(20只)和假手术组(12只),模型制作后检测神经功能缺失评分,氯化苯四氮唑染色观察大鼠脑梗死面积.结果 改良后的大鼠MCAO/R制作成功率为75%,神经功能评分以及脑梗死面积均较稳定.结论 改良的大鼠MCAO/R是一种稳定性好、可重复率高的大鼠脑缺血/再灌注模型.%Objective To set up a stabilized and reliable rat model of MCAO/R( Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion/reperfusion ). Methods 32 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: experimental group ( 20cases )and control group( 12cases ). 24h after MCAO/R,the brain sections were stained by TTC ,the area of infarct and neurological deficit were monitored. Results In the experimental group,the successful rate of execution was 75% ,the neurological deficit and area of infarct were stable. Conclusion The modified model of MCAO/R is an ideal animal model with better stabilization and higher reproducibility for studying brain is-chemia/reperfusion.
