目的 探讨用半量依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效评定.方法 对诊断为急性脑梗死的住院患者进行随机分组,136例为治疗组,129例为对照组.并对两组患者的治疗结果进行对照观察.结果 两组的临床疗效经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05),无明显不良反应.14 d后观察治疗组神经功能缺损评分为(13.71±4.59)分,明显低于对照组的(19.12±9.63)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.243,P<0.05).结论 半量依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死同样有良好的疗效.%Objective To study the curative effect of half dose of edaravone on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients, diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction, were divided into the treatment group( 136 cases )and the control group( 129 cases ). The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant( P ＜ 0.05 ), no obvious adverse reactions. Neurological deficit score in the treatment group observed after 14d( 13.71 ± 4.59 )was significantly lower than that in the control group( 19.12 ± 9.63 ), the difference was statistically significant( t = 2. 243, P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Half dose of edaravone also has a good effect on acute cerebral infarction.
